Stebbins Commercial sells Indian Rock Rd. site

Windham, NH Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC brokered the sale of a development site on Indian Rock Rd. from 106 Indian Rock Road LLC to Middlesex Glass Co. of Tewksbury, Mass.

Reed represented the seller, and The Boulos Co. represented the buyer. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $2.15 million.
