Halpin Line Construction has signed a long-term lease for 6,218 s/f of office space at 25 Mathewson Dr. The company is a leading provider of electric power line service to utility companies across New England and employs over 150 people. The owner of the property is 25 Mathewson Dr. Realty Corp. Jay Nuss of Paramount Partners, LLC was the sole broker.
