Colliers M&G reps Alkermes in 7,407 s/f sublease at Univ. Park

AVEO Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company, has executed a 7,407 s/f sublease of office space at 64 Sidney St. in University Park at MIT. The space will serve as an expansion for AVEO. The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of Joe Flaherty, Tucker Hansen and Ben Coffin represented Alkermes, the sublandlord. ? Jon Varholak and Eric Smith of RBJ represented AVEO.
