East Boston Savings Bank has promoted Anne Lyon to human resources officer. Lyon will have supervisory responsibilities for payroll, records and recruitment, as well as the day-to-day management of the department. She will also oversee total compensation practices and risk management within HR. Lyon, who is certified as a professional in human resources (PHR) by the HR Certifications Institute, came to EBSB in 2007 after 20 years in working in human resources in the manufacturing industry.
