Aho Properties sells flex property <br>for $1.7 million

Westford, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, represented Brickyard Inc. in the purchase of an 11,429 s/f flex property at 487 Groton Rd. for $1.7 million. The property was fully leased at the time of the sale. Jeff White from Aries Commercial Properties represented the seller in this transaction.
