Aho Properties sells 9.63 acres for $4.2 million

Westborough, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, LLC, represented the buyer in the purchase of 161 Milk St. and 220 Turnpike Rd. The two parcels combined total 9.63 acres with an existing structure on the site of 20,000 s/f and sold for $4.2 million.
