Southbridge, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has brokered a deal at 39 Therese Ave., known as Lebanon Hill Apartments. The property consists of 13 buildings on 9.58 acres, housing 116 market-rate apartment units.

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs managing principal, Michael Jacobs and vice president Tim Whittredge represented the buyer Lebanon Hill AP 1-3 LLC in the transaction with the seller Lebanon Hill Apartments, LLC.

The deal was transacted off market and closed on November 5^th, 2024, for $12.76 million.
