Acton, MA Keith Gurtler of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed two deals in town including the following:

• Enhanced Mechanical has moved their corporate headquarters to 1000 Main St. The property is a 12,894 s/f office building located on the Acton/Westford line. Enhanced Mechanical will share the building with Stamski & McNary as well as BinTac, another new tenant to the building.

• O’Brien Commercial handled  the sale of Unit 210 at 179 Great Rd. to Northeast Eye Research Associates. 179 Great Rd. is a 24,000 s/f class A office condo development located in close proximity to many local amenities on Great Rd. The buyer purchased unit 210 as their new corporate headquarters to house their operations.
