Bedford, NH Sanborn, Head & Associates, Inc. (Sanborn Head) completes senior leadership promotions.

The firm announces the following year-end senior promotions:
• Jessica Bulova, PMP has been promoted to project director. Bulova joined Sanborn Head in 2021 and quickly demonstrated her business and technical acumen in the development and application of COREDFN services. As a champion of COREDFN, Bulova is pushing the science forward, in collaboration with our partners, to expand the application of this approach to PFAS. Bulova is collegial in her work and invests time to teach and mentor others, particularly in work related to high resolution site characterization. She is a member of Sanborn Head’s NextGen team and a key participant in Sanborn Head’s thought leadership efforts.
• Luke Norton, PE has been promoted to vice president. Since joining Sanborn Head in 2006, Norton’s technical acumen has made him a valuable subject matter resource to the Development team and our clients. Norton is committed to sharing his knowledge with others, including leading our soil classification courses and project manager training modules. His efforts enhance the learning experience for staff and elevate the overall quality of our training opportunities. Through his dedicated mentorship as an EDGE Leader, Norton inspires others to grow and achieve their professional goals. Norton is a member of Sanborn Head’s NextGen team, Strategic Recruiting Task Force, and Retirement Committee.
• Timothy Reed, PE has been promoted to vice president. Reed joined Sanborn Head in 1998, and over the course of his 26 years has demonstrated a strong commitment to the Solid Waste team and the growth and success of Sanborn Head’s Denver office. Reed is an expert in the field of landfill design and CAD tools, and he is dedicated to mentoring staff to support their professional development in technical design and project management. Reed leads by example in the preparation of excellent work product, creating unique solutions, paying attention to detail, and exceeding client expectations.
• Otto Rusch, CIH, CSP has been promoted to director of health & safety. Rusch joined the firm in 2021 bringing his safety know-how and vision to Sanborn Head’s Health & Safety department. Rusch is viewed as a valued technical safety resource to project teams in executing their project work and reducing risk. He is highly visible to his internal clients and has developed strong relationships with staff as he visits Sanborn Head’s offices to conduct in-person trainings and advance engagement surrounding safety matters. In addition to Health & Safety, Rusch leads Sanborn Head’s New Hampshire Joint Loss Committee, Crisis Management Team, and Radiation (Troxler) Safety program.
• Timothy White, PG has been promoted to senior vice president. White joined Sanborn Head in 2006 and has distinguished himself as a leader with our clients, our staff, and the firm. White leads technically demanding and sophisticated work, with his technical abilities and strategic insights earning him the trust of high-level clients in both the industrial and solid waste industries. As an EDGE Leader and a member of Sanborn Head’s NextGen team, White is deeply committed to the success of individuals he works with and the long-term health and vitality of the firm. He invests in the professional development of others and excels at bringing out the best from the teams he leads.
