Woburn, MA InBloom Autism Services has expanded its national footprint with a 10,000 s/f lease. The behavioral therapy provider moved from Constitution Way to 12 Gill St.
Founded in Florida in 2015, InBloom Autism specializes in early intervention ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy for children ages 18 months to five years old. The practice is accredited by Behavioral Health Center of Excellence. InBloom Autism currently operates more than 25 autism treatment centers nationwide.
“We were pleased to accommodate InBloom Autism in our Woburn healthcare cluster, just a mile and half from its previous location,” said Michael Truesdale, senior leasing director at Cummings Properties. “The ample free parking, highway accessibility, and spacious confines of the Gill St. facility offer exceptional convenience for current and future clients.”
Truesdale worked with CARR agent Keith Page on the lease, which included a custom buildout by Cummings’ in-house design and construction professionals.
InBloom Autism’s new neighbors include NuPath, RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, Seem Collaborative, Thom Mystic Valley Early Intervention, and Youth Villages as well as numerous other behavioral health and wellness practitioners.
InBloom Autism Services seeks to guide families from diagnosis to early intervention ABA therapy, helping children ages 18 months to 5 years old prepare for kindergarten and beyond at autism treatment centers in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Texas, and Wisconsin. Locally, the large new center will work especially well for children from Woburn, Winchester, and Burlington, among other nearby communities.
