Providence, RI Julie Freshman, SIOR, vice president at MG Commercial Real Estate Services recently became a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as an industrial specialist. 

Freshman is now one of just 3,700 SIOR designees worldwide! Freshman has more than eight years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate, Freshman worked in the environmental consulting/engineering industry. 

Freshman’s experience includes both buyer and tenant, and seller and landlord representation. Notable recent assignments include the sale of a 96,000 s/f industrial building on over 20 acres in Coventry, RI for $4 million as a seller representative; and the sale of a 55,000 s/f fully-leased, single tenant industrial building in Cranston, RI for $4.5 million as a buyer representative.
