Hingham, MA The Conrad Group  has brokered the sale of 55 Research Rd., South Shore Park. The property consists of a 20,340 s/f single story manufacturing building on two acres of land. 

The Conrad Group’s senior vice president/partner, James McEvoy, exclusively represented the seller, The Joseph R. Noe Trust and introduced the buyer, Iantosca Property Management, LLC. 

The building will serve as the new HQ of Tosca Woodworking. 

According to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $2.9 million.
