Worcester, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs brokered the sale of a 21,882 s/f industrial facility located at 75 East Worcester Rd. The property sold for $2.613 million ($119.41 per s/f).
The facility will continue to serve warehousing functions and will now also house operations for Cohen’s United Baking Co., acquired by the buyer, Harry Kokkinis. The building has been newly branded as The Bread Factory.
This transaction was handled through internal collaboration at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs: vice presidents Cody Miner and Jonah Glickman represented the seller, while principal Mike Jacobs and vice president Tim Whittredge represented the buyer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
