Featured speakers include Craig Scott, partner at Hinckley Allen, who leads the firm’s intellectual property and artificial intelligence practice groups. Scott will delve into the legal challenges AI presents in commercial real estate. His presentation will explore the risks and liabilities associated with AI-driven analytics and how they impact errors and omissions (E&O) policy coverage.
