This signature event gathers leading experts in commercial real estate analytics to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming decision-making, workflows, and risk management across the industry. 

Featured speakers include Craig Scott, partner at Hinckley Allen, who leads the firm’s intellectual property and artificial intelligence practice groups. Scott will delve into the legal challenges AI presents in commercial real estate. His presentation will explore the risks and liabilities associated with AI-driven analytics and how they impact errors and omissions (E&O) policy coverage. Scott’s insights will provide real estate professionals with a deeper understanding of how AI affects compliance, licensing, and data security in the industry.

Also presenting is Joe McBride, senior director at Moody’s Analytics, who will offer a comprehensive look at Moody’s approach to Generative AI and its application in commercial mortgage-backed securities, CRE investing, lending, brokerage, valuation, and risk management.
