What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m proud of two key projects for one of our Department of Defense suppliers that marked my transition from superintendent to project manager. The first was a large SCIF adjacent to office space, requiring strict security and complex coordination. It taught me valuable lessons in communication and client relations. The second, though smaller, involved a challenging HVAC integration that was completed on time. Both projects were pivotal career milestones, made possible by strong teamwork and support from the CM&B team.

If you could give advice to someone just starting out in your field, what would it be? If you’re considering construction management, start with the right mindset and a strong work ethic. The industry demands problem- solving, adaptability, and time management. Hard work helps, but so does a supportive environment and mentors who guide your growth. I’ve benefited considerably from mentors at CM&B. Always ask questions; being curious is key to learning. Finally, be passionate. Construction is a service- based field, and passion drives success, helping both you and your clients thrive.
