Lowell, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and Cushman & Wakefield sold 120 Stedman St., a 128,678 s/f single-story industrial building on 5.97 acres, for $22.1 million. David, James, and Micah Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company, represented the seller, and Blake Baldwin and Liz Swanson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, Finishing Trades Institute of NE, in the transaction. 

120 Stedman St. is a well-located, fully air conditioned, flex/industrial building located 1.4 miles from Rte. 3, two miles from I-495, and 30 miles from Boston.

The Finishing Trades Institute of the Northeast (FTI-NE) is a premier training center dedicated to developing skilled professionals in the finishing trades, including painting, glazing, and drywall finishing. The previous owner, DS Graphics | Universal Wilde, is a full-service marketing and customer communications company that specializes in reducing costs and improving results for leading brands. As a result of the sale, DS Graphics | Universal Wilde has relocated its print, mail, fulfillment, creative services, digital marketing services, and customer support operations to a larger facility in Canton, Mass.
