Warwick, RI Rhode Island Golf Entertainment LLC has expanded its X-Golf business with a second location at 1350 Bald Hill Rd. within the Warwick Center Plaza. The development was facilitated with the aid of a $795,000 U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) loan through Rockland Trust. With this new location, Rhode Island Golf Entertainment will create 13 new jobs for the community.

Avison Young represented X-Golf as the tenant in the 8,400 s/f lease. The landlord represented themselves (Capital Group Properties).

“After experiencing great success at our flagship location in Worcester, I recognized an opportunity to expand and fulfill a need within a new community,” said Marc Catanese, owner of Rhode Island Golf Entertainment. “Warwick, like Worcester, has a rich history and is undergoing significant redevelopment. I’m excited to be part of that revitalization and introduce X-Golf to a strong and vibrant city close to home.”

The new X-Golf houses 10 golf simulation booths that provide virtual access to over 150 golf courses, along with high-speed tracking cameras and automatic teeing. The facility also offers private lessons with a full-time PGA pro. Additionally, X-Golf has a full bar, kitchen, private spaces for event hosting, 18 televisions, jukebox and gaming area.
