East Haven, CT Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, LLC, has brokered a lease for the entire 14,000 s/f industrial building at 167 Commerce St. to Murphy Distributors.

Murphy Distributors, a Connecticut wholesaler of fine wine, craft beer, and artisan spirits, will occupy the standalone facility as it continues to expand its statewide operations. Since its inception over six years ago, Murphy Distributors has built a strong presence in the beverage industry by offering a curated portfolio of high-quality products.

The property is located 1.5 miles from I-95 (Exit 51), near Tweed New Haven Airport and the Port of New Haven, with access to I-91 and the New Haven Train Station.
