Danvers, MA KeyPoint Partners (KPP) negotiated a lease with the nation’s premier indoor pickleball venue The Picklr at Endicott Sq. Vice president of retail brokerage Don Mace negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord.

The Picklr will open in a 36,192 s/f building formerly occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond. Endicott Sq. is a 56,275 s/f center centrally located on Endicott St., between Rtes. 128 and 114. Tenants at the center include Quest Diagnostics, Salem Five, and Advance Auto Parts.

The Picklr defines the pickleball experience with courts, amenities, and on-site pro shops. Unlimited play, tournaments, and free clinics are designed to help players train and connect with diverse competition. As partners with the Professional Pickleball Association (PPA), The Picklr is where pros play and pros are made. The Picklr has 80+ locations nationwide and two Massachusetts clubs
