
Milford, NH Colliers facilitated the sale of a well-maintained, multi-building office/flex property located at 119 Emerson Rd. The property was listed at $1.69 million and sold for $1.8 million, according to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds.
Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM, and Cassandra Farley, both senior associates with Colliers in New Hampshire, represented the seller, Ponderosa Holdings LLC. The buyer, Hudzik Properties LLC, acquired the 2.22-acre campus as part of a partial sale-leaseback arrangement.
The property comprises three office/flex buildings and a small standalone warehouse, totaling 16,980 s/f, and is positioned near the intersection of Rtes. 101 and 13.

A long-time tenant, DATRON Dynamics, has reaffirmed its commitment to the location by signing a long-term lease extension for two of the three buildings on the campus. DATRON has been the exclusive North American provider of DATRON CNC milling machines, tooling, service, and support since 1996.
