Pinheiro is an expert in full lifecycle project delivery, consistently helping clients maximize the performance and value of their property portfolios. She has led real estate projects totaling over 5 million s/f and valued at more than $750 million. Her portfolio includes a wide range of asset types. With a strong technical foundation in mechanical engineering and a current master’s candidate in real estate development and finance at Georgetown University, Pinheiro offers a uniquely integrated approach, combining deep technical knowledge with capital markets insight and design strategy.
