Sullivan Construction Co., Inc., where she managed contract negotiations and project coordination.

Barsh holds a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Stonehill College.

“My approach has always been to provide clear, practical guidance rooted in a deep understanding of both the legal landscape and the business goals of my clients,” said Burke. “Barsh and Cohen has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service, and I look forward to contributing to that standard while continuing to help clients navigate their most important transactions and challenges.”

Kerri’s addition reflects Barsh and Cohen’s continued growth and dedication to providing full-service legal support for clients navigating real estate, business, and construction challenges.
