Fred Messore, sr. vice president/broker was the sole broker in the sale of 360 Campbell Ave. This 3,500 s/f freestanding mixed-use building with an additional 1,040 s/f detached garage on .24 acres was purchased by 139 Summit, LLC, an investor, for $430,000. The property consists of two commercial units, two residential apartments and a detached garage. The sellers, Philip Damicis and William D’Amicis Jr. were represented by attorney Vincent Amendola with Amendola Law office of West Haven, Conn.; the buyer was represented by attorney Ben Trachten with Trachten Law Firm LLC of New Haven, Conn.

Messore, was also the sole broker in the in the sale of 38 Clifton Ave., Ansonia, CT. This 2,150 s/f mixed-use building on 0.1 +/- acres was purchased by 139 Summit, LLC, an investor, for $312,500. The property consists of one retail unit and two residential apartments. The sellers, Jaronczyk Family Trust, were represented by attorney Donald Tamis of Seymour; the buyers were represented by attorney Ben Trachten with Trachten Law Firm LLC of New Haven, CT.
Tony Vitti, Realtor represented the landlord, Kandic Properties, LLC in the leasing of a 1,050 s/f office/retail end cap unit located at 224 New Haven Ave., Milford, Conn., to Waters Construction Company for a one-year lease term. Waters Construction is a multi-divisional company, specializing in heavy civil site work, roadwork, transportation construction, bridge work and paving.
Vitti also represented the seller, New Castle Associates, in the sale of 180 Wampus Ln. in Milford. The property consists of a 15,758 s/f commercial building on three parcels totaling 1.54 acres and was purchased for $2.325 million.

The buyer will be relocating their business, All-Electric Construction & Communication, LLC from their West Haven location to Milford.
