MAYLR, LLC, a global logistics and fulfillment company, will establish its new U.S. headquarters at this location. The company specializes in warehousing and distributing curated product collections — primarily in the beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle sectors  — to influencers and media professionals. Its North American operations will now be based at 300 Hathaway Dr.

The one-story 12,600 s/f industrial building is situated on 0.54 acres in a Light Industrial (MA) Zone. The property offers access to I-95 (Exit 30), Sikorsky Memorial Airport, Bridgeport Harbor Marina, and public transit.
