Springfield, MA Region Commercial has completed the lease of 13,500 s/f at 707 State St. to Springfield Pharmacy LLC.

707 State St. was one of the Massachusetts Walgreen’s locations that was recently named to close. 

Located outside of downtown at a signalized intersection, 707 State St. offers visibility and parking options in a highly trafficked location. The building sits on a 2.02-acre lot, providing front and side parking, a drive-thru, and access from State St., Hancock St., and Monroe St.

“We’re very happy to have secured a new tenant for this location for both the owner and State St. area,” said Mitch Bolotin of Region Commercial. 

“By leasing this location to a future pharmacy provider, the building will continue to be able to serve the nearby community, as Walgreens had for many years.”
