South Portland, ME Malone Commercial Brokers has completed the sale of 357 Maine Mall Rd. The 10,030 s/f retail building sold to 357 Maine Mall Road, LLC for $2.88 million. Mark Malone and Nick Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing the seller) and John Finegan of The Boulos Company (representing the buyer) brokered the transaction.
