Charlotte, NC According to Atlantic Property Management, a boutique property management company part of Atlantic Retail, Ben Bucksbaum has joined the company as senior property manager, based in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. In this role, Bucksbaum will oversee day-to-day property operations across North Carolina and South Carolina, supporting Atlantic’s continued expansion in the Southeast.
Bucksbaum brings a strong background in property management and operations, with deep experience managing commercial real estate portfolios throughout the Carolinas. His addition to the team strengthens Atlantic’s ability to deliver high-quality service, improve building performance, and support ownership goals across the region.

Prior to joining Atlantic, Bucksbaum held senior property management roles at leading firms in the region, where he was responsible for budgeting, capital planning, vendor oversight, and tenant relations across a variety of asset types.
In his new role, Bucksbaum will:
- Lead daily property operations throughout the Carolinas
- Support onboarding of new assets and clients in the region
- Partner with building engineers, vendors, and leasing teams to enhance property performance • Deliver consistent service and communication to tenants and owners
