North Grafton, MA Fieldstone Commercial Properties has completed the sale of 109 Creeper Hill Rd., a 24,900 s/f industrial building, for $4.040 million. Nolan Ryan of Fieldstone Commercial Properties represented the seller, Feedback Earth while Service Plus, the buyer was unrepresented.

Service Plus who already has a presence on Creeper Hill Rd. will turn the former food recycling operation into a construction debris transfer station. Owner-occupants like Service Plus continue to drive transaction volume in the Central Massachusetts industrial market, reflecting strong demand and confidence in long-term growth.

In addition, Fieldstone Commercial Properties has completed the sale of 136 Nashua St., a 12,338 s/f industrial building in Leominster, Mass., for $1.9 million. Nate Nickerson of Fieldstone Commercial Properties represented the seller, D-E Dorp.

Champion Drywall, the buyer, intends to occupy the entire property and establish it as their company headquarters.
