Winchester, MA Wise Construction is pleased to announce the addition of Kerrie Julian as Senior Director of Business Development, Science & Technology. In this role, Kerrie will be instrumental in driving the growth of Wise’s Science & Technology market sector, focusing on cultivating and expanding client relationships throughout New England.

Kerrie brings more than 30 years of experience as both an architect and project manager, with a career spanning corporate, commercial, institutional, and science and technology projects. For the past 16 years, she has specialized in the Science & Technology market, partnering with scientists and end users to deliver facilities that enable lifesaving discoveries, therapies, and environmental advancements. She joins Wise from Margulies Perruzzi, where she most recently served as Director of Science Strategy.
