Maynard, MA According to Capital Group Properties, Michaels will open a new store at Maynard Crossing in September 2025. The store, at 17 Digital Way, will occupy a 15,750 s/f space adjacent to Tractor Supply.

With more than 1,300 stores in 49 states and Canada, Michaels is the best place for all things creative and celebration. Customers will find a wide range of specialty products including arts and craft supplies, custom framing, floral and home decor, seasonal décor, and more.

The arrival of Michaels marks another milestone in the continued growth of Maynard Crossing, a 56-acre, 300,000 s/f mixed-use development that broke ground in 2019 and welcomed its first retailers in the summer of 2020. The development offers a thoughtfully curated blend of residential, retail, dining, medical, and entertainment tenants that serve both the Maynard community and the broader region.

Residential offerings within the complex include Halstead Maynard Crossing, a 180-unit luxury apartment community, and Camelia Gardens Gracious Retirement Living, a 143-unit upscale senior independent living facility. The overall development currently includes more than 32 national and local tenants, creating a walkable, amenity-rich environment for residents and visitors alike.

In addition to 17 Digital Way, the newly completed 11 and 13 Digital Way buildings contribute an additional 46,000 s/f of retail, dining, and healthcare space across two multi-tenant buildings.
