What drew you to commercial real estate, and what keeps you passionate? I was drawn to commercial real estate by the intersection of business, strategy, and the built environment. It shapes how people live, work, and interact – and offers a chance to drive growth and transformation. I enjoy the complexity of deals, the fast pace, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. What keeps me passionate is the constant evolution of the industry: no two deals are alike, and each brings new challenges, from market shifts to finding creative solutions for clients.

What’s a challenge you faced early in your career, and how did you overcome it? Early in my career, one of the biggest challenges was being taken seriously as often the only woman – and the youngest – in the room. I found preparation and confidence were my strongest assets, knowing deal details inside and out and speaking up even when it felt uncomfortable. Backing my perspective with facts built trust and respect with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel. Those experiences shaped my leadership style: I now prioritize elevating overlooked voices and fostering a culture where contribution matters most.
