What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why? The most rewarding project I have worked on was the Citizens Bank Corporate Campus in Johnston, RI. It still remains one of the biggest, most complex and fast paced projects that I have had the pleasure to work on. This project required strong coordination between all engineering and architectural disciplines as well as local and state regulators. My team put in many long days to meet tight deadlines but being a part of this project from concept to full construction and operation was truly a rewarding experience.

What’s a challenge you faced early in your career, and how did you overcome it? I would have to say the biggest challenge I have faced both early in my career and even today is balancing work with life outside of work. As a mother of two young boys and two working parents in the house, juggling a career, school, sports and time for family and friends is a challenge. I have been fortunate to work for a firm that places a high value on family and work-life balance. I am able to work a slightly reduced, flexible schedule that allows me to be there for my family while still contributing to, and advancing, my career.
