What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why? I recently worked on several hotel renovation projects, many of which are either completed or nearing completion. It is rewarding to see these existing properties transformed and given new life. These projects also helped DJSA earn recognition as a preferred architect for a major hotel brand. The experience and knowledge I gained from these renovations have led to the opportunity to work on a new construction hotel project, which is set to break ground soon.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate? It is essential for more women to enter this industry.
