What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why? One of the most rewarding projects I’ve been a part of was transforming a downtown Boston high-rise roof deck while working for a property owner. I was involved from the start, helping shape the vision, capital planning needs and selecting the team, while influencing design decisions including finishes, A/V and furniture. It was a complex project to create value for existing and future building tenants, but seeing the concept come to life was incredibly meaningful. Even after moving on, I was invited back for the grand opening, which was very rewarding after investing so much into the project.

What drew you to commercial real estate, and what keeps you passionate? I was drawn to this industry because I wanted to be directly involved in the entire real estate design and construction process. Not just from behind a desk, but working directly with clients, spaces, and colleagues, both internally and externally. With a background in architecture, I love creating, but I craved a more hands-on role where I could see the ideas take shape. What keeps me passionate is the industry’s constant evolution. Each day brings new challenges that push me to keep learning, growing and staying energized.
