What drew you to commercial real estate, and what keeps you passionate? I am passionate about the commercial real estate industry because of its fast-paced environment, which demands agility and strategic thinking. Each project we advance is a unique puzzle with challenges different from any we’ve previously encountered. This work translates to physical change and growth in our built environment. There is nothing more rewarding than advancing an innovative project from idea to design through construction and then experiencing it at the end as a new home, workplace, roadway, or recreational environment that people will use every day.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate? I would encourage anyone to jump on in and join us. There is so much opportunity for you in this space, and your unique perspective can help us build vibrant and diverse communities. Commercial real estate is a fast-moving industry which requires you to be quick on your toes, creative, and strategic.
