Tinkham Realty, Inc. sold f 3 Orchard View Dr. to J&RJ Holdings, LLC. The building consists of 4,800 s/f and will be the new home for Nutfield Ophthalmology. Judy Tinkham, principal represented the buyer. The sale price as recorded in the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds is $580,000.
