What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why? One of my most rewarding deals was a construction loan for the rehabilitation of a historic building in downtown Atlanta. I helped our client navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, including negotiations with junior lenders, tax credit investors, the contractor and developer, while facing last-minute budget challenges. Our work ultimately brought new life to a building on the National Register of Historic Places. Watching it transform into an upscale, modern hotel was both challenging and incredibly satisfying.

What drew you to commercial real estate, and what keeps you passionate? I was drawn to commercial real estate because I enjoy helping clients create tangible, lasting projects. Early in my career at Hinckley Allen, I contributed to the Deepwater Wind project, the first U.S. offshore wind farm, and several development projects in an underutilized industrial area of Providence. I was captivated and inspired by the real-world impact of our work. Today, I remain passionate knowing our projects contribute to communities by creating new multifamily developments that help address the housing shortage and reviving industrial spaces to facilitate the creation of new jobs.
