Westbrook, ME CORE negotiated the sale of 22-48 Spiller Dr. for $13 million. Spiller Drive LLC was the seller and Nrti Spiller Drive LLC was the buyer.

The site encompasses 134,000 s/f across two buildings and is the home to Sigco, an anchor tenant located at 48 Spiller Dr. As a leading architectural glass and metal fabricator and distributor in New England, Sigco has a manufacturing plant in this location. Sigco is a subsidiary of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE), one of North America’s leading vertically integrated manufacturers, fabricators and distributors of architectural hardware, glass, and glazing systems.
