Rockland Trust expands with new training facility and call center

Brockton, MA Rockland Trust plans to expand its office space at 120 Liberty St. Since 2008, Rockland Trust has leased two floors in the three-story, 45,000 s/f office building. The first floor of the building was previously occupied by the IRS which relocated to 103 Commercial St. in December of 2024.

Rockland Trust plans to develop the newly available first-floor space at 120 Liberty St. into a modern training facility and call center, supporting its ongoing commitment to colleague development and exceptional customer service. Construction is underway with completion targeted for December 2025.

In May of 2025, Rockland Trust announced the lease of 140,000 square feet of office space at One Technology Place in Rockland. The new headquarters will combine teams from five existing office locations across Hanover, Plymouth, Norwood, and Rockland into a single, centralized location.
