Reilly brings decades of leadership experience across manufacturing, consumer goods, and advisory services, with a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Reilly joins Universal Window from Green Mountain Fire, a sustainable manufacturer that transforms wood waste into clean, efficient home heating products, where he served as CEO and continues to serve on the board. His previous roles include chief operating officer at national advisory firm RogersGray (now part of The Baldwin Group) and president of Symmons Industries, a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of commercial and residential plumbing products. At Symmons, Reilly led global marketing and sales initiatives for a $100 million family-owned business, expanding its reach and deepening customer engagement.
Earlier in his career, Reilly held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble (formerly the Gillette Company), where he directed P&L activity for Oral-B’s largest and most profitable strategic business unit.
Universal has made significant operational strides in recent years. Its award-winning windows are installed in hundreds of National Register of Historic Places projects and consistently meet the stringent standards of the National Park Service. In his new role at Universal, Reilly will bring a growth-focused mindset to the organization, with an emphasis on strengthening sales and marketing initiatives.
