Bridgeport, CT The Connecticut Metropolitan Council of Governments (MetroCOG), has renewed its lease, and expanded their space at 1000 Lafayette Blvd. The company has expanded their existing space to a total of 4,248 s/f of offices.
MetroCOG is a multi-discipline, regional planning organization with six member communities – Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Monroe, Stratford and Trumbull.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed other than the length of the lease which is 10 years.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and managing partner with Vidal/Wettenstein of Westport represented MetroCOG. Lyndsay Cahill of Avison Young, Norwalk represented the property owner, Shelbourne Lafayette, LLC, a division of Shelbourne Global Acquisitions of Brooklyn, NY.
