Clarus Health Alliance expands to Westbrook - lease handled by Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development

Westbrook, CT Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development completed the sale of the property at 1430 Boston Post Rd. The former site of the Stork Exchange was purchased by Dr. Caleb P. Peck, Psy.D., a board-certified neuropsychologist and the director at Clarus Health Alliance. The seller was Cathy White, who closed the Stork Exchange and has retired. Ron Lyman and agent & development associate Max Lyman represented both sides of the transaction.

Clarus Health Alliance, currently located in Norwich and West Hartford, provides mental health services to the community, including psychotherapy and lifespan neuropsychological services. Four clinical psychologists and neuropsychologists will be moving into the new 2,392 s/f space once it opens sometime in November. Dr. Peck noted: “Westbrook is strategically located at the western edge of our current service area, and so by opening this new space, we are expanding our service area. We are excited to make new connections with area clients, businesses, medical providers, and schools.”
