Niles-Simmons and Norwood of NAI Norwood Group lease 1,033 s/f to Bark & Brush Grooming

Milford, NH Judy Niles-Simmons and Chris Norwood of NAI Norwood Group, have leased 1,033 s/f at Lorden’s Plaza, 614 Nashua St.

Bark & Brush Grooming a full-service dog grooming company will be occupying the space. The company offers one-on-one, stress-free grooming.

“We’re still seeing a strong demand for service-based retail,” Norwood said. “While some feel retail is getting hammered by the big boxes and Amazon’s of the world, retail landlords should look for those ‘in person only’ type businesses for their vacant retail space.”

“614 Nashua St. is right off the highway with ample parking,” said Niles-Simmons. “In addition, the plaza has an excellent diversity of tenants, from a grocery store, to a bank, to multiple restaurants. We look forward to welcoming additional retail to the center to complement the existing foot traffic here in Milford.”
