Doorley-Lucas of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s sells 1040 Buttonwoods Ave. for $2.7625 million

Warwick, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 1040 Buttonwoods Ave. for $2.7625 million. The sellers were represented by Amy Doorley-Lucas, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s. Doorley-Lucas also facilitated the sale on behalf of the buyers.
