Bradley of Horvath and Tremblay sells 39 units in two deals totalling $4.55 million

Holyoke, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of the Springdale Apartments, a 31 unit mixed-use property. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $2.95 million.

Springdale Apartments is located at 845-851 and 853 Main St. and 45 Vernon St. The three-building apartment complex consists of two commercial units; six, three-bedroom/one-bathroom units; 22, two-bedroom/one-bathroom units, and one, one-bedroom/one-bathroom unit with 31,140 s/f of living area in 38,236 s/f of total gross area on a combined 0.46 acres with a residents parking lot at the rear of the buildings.
