Bradley of Horvath and Tremblay sells 39 units in two deals totalling $4.55 million

Holyoke, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of the Springdale Apartments, a 31 unit mixed-use property. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $2.95 million.
