Marcus Partners acquires five-asset industrial portfolio north of Boston for $40.5 million
Chelmsford, MA Marcus Partners has acquired an industrial portfolio containing five buildings north of Boston, which are 99% occupied. The sale brings the company’s total industrial acquisitions to more than 2.2 million s/f in the last 12 months as part of its overall industrial investment strategy.

Marcus Partners acquired the five-asset, 307,053 s/f portfolio for $40.5 million in partnership with Rhino Capital and financing was provided by Citizens Bank. The properties include:
- 27 Industrial Ave., Chelmsford
- 87 Billerica Rd., Chelmsford
- 10 Elizabeth Dr., Chelmsford
- 16 Progress Ave., Chelmsford and
- 18 Mystic Ave., Medford.
