Newton, MA According to Elaine Construction, a third-generation, family-owned construction management firm, Luisa Sheahan has joined the company as senior project manager and Zach Cyr as assistant project manager providing expanded depth across functionality within the firm.
Sheahan is a seasoned construction professional with leadership and project management expertise. Most recently, she served as senior project manager at Bowdoin Construction, where she oversaw project schedules, budgets, and client communications while leading teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Cyr brings an extensive background in the electrical trades to his burgeoning career as a CM professional having worked at J.S. Barry Industries and M.J. Cyr Electric Corp. in the capacity as an APM and financial manager.

Sheahan holds a CM Cert. from Cal State East Bay in Oakland, CA (2010) and studied Business and Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University (2017). Cyr holds BA in Global Studies and a Minor in Economics, both from Colby College.
