Danvers, MA Steve Girolamo, Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Spring Meadow, a 22-unit multi-family property. The trio represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction. The asset sold for $10 million and $454,545 per unit.
