What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? Our continued growth over the past year has brought exciting developments. We expanded our Investment Real Estate Service Offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the industry, launching two new divisions: Capital Markets and Appraisals. We are also growing our national footprint, opening new offices across the country with experienced brokers leading the way. The firm opened its 16th office in Oak Brook, IL, with several more locations set to open. We are fortunate to have exceptional people and strong client relationships. 2025 is poised to be our best year since inception.
What book, podcast, or app has most influenced your approach to leadership? The Founder’s Mentality by Chris Zook and James Allen.
What advice would you share with emerging professionals striving to become future leaders in commercial real estate? Focus on building strong, lasting relationships first – don’t chase transactions. Over time, domain knowledge, a solid track record, and meaningful relationships naturally lead to more referrals and repeat business. Relationships evolve: prospects become clients, clients become repeat clients, and repeat clients often become friends and partners. When you excel at your craft, your personal and professional lives begin to intersect, and fulfillment often comes from the strong business relationships you develop along the way.
