Related Beal welcomes Vinodivino to Kenmore Square
Boston, MA According to Related Beal, Vinodivino, a Massachusetts-based wine, beer and spirits retailer, has opened its newest location at One Kenmore Sq. The addition of Vinodivino reflects Related Beal’s longstanding commitment to supporting retail offerings across its portfolio.
A locally-owned Metro Boston retailer, Vinodivino offers a curated selection of globally sourced fine wines, craft beers, and artisanal spirits. At its new Kenmore Square location, the shop will also host wine tastings and corporate functions.

Mendes and his partners currently operate five Vinodivino stores in Boston, Brookline, Needham, Newton, and Marion. The Kenmore Square location will offer event catering and same-day delivery to customers in the area.
In addition to Vinodivino, Related Beal has added several new retail tenants across its portfolio this year, including the opening of a laundromat in Charlestown, a pickleball operator in South Boston, and Greek restaurant Kaia in the South End.
Located in the Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood of Boston, One Kenmore Square is a two-building, 471,000 s/f lab, office, and retail development just steps from Fenway Park and marked by the iconic Citgo sign.
